Robina ARFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on the 28th of November, 2024 at 6:30pm. Items to be discussed and actioned at the AGM include: - Receive the association's financial statement, and signed statement, for the 2023/24 financial year;
- Presentation of the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption;
- Election of members of the management committee for the upcoming year. The available positions include:
- Senior President
- Senior Vice President
- Junior President
- Junior Vice President
- Treasurer
Please note: this is not a General Meeting and only matters listed above will be covered on the night. If you would like to nominate for a position on the management committee for a position not listed above (or for a sub-committee position for 2025), please email your expression of interest to info@robinaroos.com.au. Candidates that have been nominated for vacant positions on the management committee will be displayed at the club by no later than Thursday 21st of November, 2024. All members (registered senior players, parents of registered juniors, committee members or life members) are welcome to attend and participate in the voting process. Non-members may only attend if acting via proxy on behalf of a current member, in which a proxy form must be completed prior to the AGM.
